Exciting times for Chestnut Associates this month as we launch a shop function to our website.
There are a few reasons why this has happened. When I have analysed the top requests for policies, documentation and training it would seem it’s the same requests being asked over and over again.
So, the best thing for me to do was to make them available for more people easier and cost effective.

Tool box trainings
These are 10 minute training sessions on a certain subject for you to talk through with your staff over a quick cuppa in a break. I have put together the relevant information for you to discuss and also provided a sign off sheet so that you can get your staff to sign and then this is your documented proof it happened. You only need to do 1 of these per month. There will be regular updates added to the site so keep checking back with us for the next one.

Policies
Each business will require certain policies and I have added some templates that are easy for you to purchase and download. You will also get an instruction sheet to help you complete these. There are policies being added on a regular basis so keep checking back with us.

Notice board leaflet’s
This is an area that so many of my clients have struggled with. They are not sure what information to display or add to their noticeboards. So, what I have done is put together a set of 4 A4 documents that all you need to do is print off and display on your noticeboards. They change each month as they are on a different relevant subject.

Online Zoom Training Sessions
This is another area that has really taken off for my clients. We can arrange a time to suit you and your staff and I can deliver a short training session on any Health & Safety subject that you feel is required. From time to time a business faces many different issues and to be able to jump on a call and discuss and carry out the best solution is proving to be invaluable for so many.
