This needs to be done on a regular basis to protect your staff whilst at work.
It is a very simple exercise that you can carry out together. The assessment will highlight any issues with using a computer. It looks at chair, environment, screen, keyboard, software, furniture etc.
These assessments can really ensure that your staff are being kept healthy and safe and have the correct equipment so that they are working to the best of their ability.
When you look after your staff they are able to produce more work at a higher standard and will really appreciate your time in looking after their well-being.
